My story

There came a season in my life where I felt like I’d lost myself beneath the weight of expectations.

Between marriage, mum-hood, and business, I was tuned into a frequency of “hustle and survive.” I found myself longing for a space that spoke to the woman behind all the roles, a place that reminded me who God says I am as a Daughter of the King before everything I do.

I searched for encouragement that felt both deeply biblical and deeply human. I didn’t need more pressure to be the “perfect Christian woman”; I needed grace-filled alignment and a reminder that God’s frequency is one of peace, not pressure.

When I couldn’t find that home for my heart, God slowly began placing the vision for Your Freedom Frequency on mine.

Today, I’m a wife, a Mum, and a woman still learning to walk closely with Jesus. My family is my greatest ministry, and our story, with all its seasons of joy, stretching, and healing, has shaped every word you’ll find here.
