There is a moment.
Usually, it’s late.
The house is finally, mercifully, quiet.
The blue light of the laptop has dimmed, the last email sent to a client who will never know you were wearing nursing pads while you typed it.
The laundry is a mountain you’ve decided to let win today.

You catch a glimpse of yourself in the hallway mirror.
And for a split second, you don’t recognise the woman looking back.
She looks like a Mum.
She looks like a Wife.
She looks like an Entrepreneur.
But she doesn’t look like her.

She looks like a collection of duties.
A summary of schedules.
A frequency that has been flattened by the sheer weight of "doing."
If you feel that hollow ache: the one that asks, "Who am I when no one needs anything from me?": then you are exactly where you need to be.

I’m writing this to you.
But mostly, I’m writing it to the woman in my own mirror.
Welcome to the journey of Silhouettes of the Soul.

The Static and the Signal

We live in a world of high-definition noise.
As women wearing the triad of roles: wife, mother, and business owner: our internal "frequency" is constantly being interfered with.
There is the static of "not enough."
The white noise of comparison on social media.
The low hum of Mum-guilt that never quite switches off.

When these noises become too loud, we lose our alignment.
Alignment isn't about having a perfectly ironed life.
It isn't about "balance" (let’s be honest, balance is a myth we use to beat ourselves up).
Alignment is about resonance.
It’s about your soul vibrating at the same frequency as the One who spoke you into existence.

A serene woman in silhouette facing a soft glow, representing hope and clarity amidst the noise.

When we are out of alignment, everything feels heavy.
Business feels like a slog.
Motherhood feels like a series of interruptions.
Marriage feels like a co-op of logistics.
We aren't thriving; we are just surviving.

To find our way back, we have to strip away the labels that were never meant to be our names.

The Frequency of Truth: 3 Steps to Reclaim Your Name

1. Unplug the False Speakers

Your soul’s frequency is often muted by the metrics of the world.
We think we are our revenue.
We think we are our children’s behavior.
We think we are the "cleanliness" of our homes.

These are false speakers.
They scream truth, but they only whisper lies.
To rediscover your identity, you must first recognise that these roles are your assignments, not your essence.
You are a daughter of the King long before you are a CEO of anything.
Take a moment to literally say it out loud:
"I am not my output. I am not my inbox. I am not my to-do list."

2. Tune into the Father’s Heartbeat

If you want to find your frequency, you have to find the Source.
In the Anchored in Prayer doorway, we talk about the power of the "stolen moment."
You don't need a cathedral.
You don't need a retreat.
You need the thirty seconds while the kettle boils.

In those moments, ask the Father: "Who do You say I am?"
Listen for the answer.
It won’t be a list of tasks.
It will be a word of grace.
"Beloved."
"Hand-crafted."
"Chosen."
That is the frequency you were made to carry.

A butterfly emerging into glowing light, symbolizing the spiritual transformation of the soul.

3. Re-brand Your Soul

In business, we talk about branding.
We worry about how the world sees us.
But what about your internal brand?
When you talk to yourself, what is the "tone of voice"?
Is it harsh? Demanding?
Or is it infused with the same grace you offer your children?

Re-branding your soul means choosing to believe God’s "logo" for your life: the Cross.
It means shifting your identity from "The Woman Who Does It All" to "The Woman Who is Fully Known and Deeply Loved."
One is a prison.
The other is freedom.

Finding Your Alignment in the Mess

I used to think that finding my "soul’s frequency" meant I had to reach some higher state of being where the laundry didn't bother me and my business ran itself.
I was wrong.
Identity is found in the crumbs.
It’s found in the "hidden seasons" where no one sees the work you’re doing.

When you are Raising Arrows, your identity is tested every single day.
When a toddler screams, your frequency is challenged.
Do you respond from a place of "I am an overwhelmed Mum," or "I am a daughter of God who is being refined in this moment"?
The shift is subtle, but it changes everything.

A silhouette of a woman with a glowing plant in her heart, representing growth in stolen moments.

It is about realising that the "messy reality" is actually the kiln where your true self is being fired.
The pressure of being an entrepreneur isn't there to break you; it’s there to reveal the strength He already put inside you.
The exhaustion of motherhood isn't a sign of failure; it’s an invitation to lean into His strength.

Anchored in His Masterpiece

We often treat personal development as a way to "build" ourselves.
But in Christ, it’s more of an "un-building."
It’s a gentle undoing of the layers of performance, perfectionism, and pride.
It’s getting back to the original blueprint.

You are not a project to be completed.
You are a masterpiece to be revealed.

"I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvellous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well." : Psalm 139:14

"And that my soul knows very well."
Does your soul know it?
Not just your head. Your soul.
Does it know, in the deep-indigo quiet of the night, that you are a marvel?
Not because of what you did today.
But because of whose you are.

A serene silhouette with gold ripples expanding like frequency waves, evoking spiritual alignment.

A Prayer for the Woman Finding Her Way Back

Father,

I come to You with my hands full and my heart heavy.
I have mistaken my roles for my soul.
I have let the noise of the world drown out the frequency of Your love.
Forgive me for trying to find my worth in my work and my identity in my children’s feet.

Today, I choose to realign.
I unplug from the lies of "not enough."
I tune my heart to the rhythm of Your heartbeat.
Remind me, in the middle of the school run and the business meeting, that I am first and foremost Your daughter.

Give me the grace to be messy.
The courage to be imperfect.
And the freedom to thrive in the frequency You created just for me.

Amen.
